The ON sight specific group exhibition presents works by artists of Lighthouse light art society at an unusual location by utilizing the special atmosphere of Csokonai Theatre in Debrecen and turning it into an impromptu art gallery.

RE-FRACTURE [2020]
in cooperation with Zsolnay Light Festival
RE-FRACTURE is a reinterpretation of Glowing Bulbs’ site specific installation FRACTURE created in 2018 in the garden of the Hungarian Academy Rome. That original piece was exploring how colors and rhythm affects our perception of space and time. In the current new edition artists take things further by minimizing the comprising elements of the experiment and adding a new layer to reality. As spectators move around in the „black box” space where 60 pieces of LED tubes are floating above a shallow puddle, they set the water and the tubes in motion, thus become part of the ever changing installation.
